Texas High School Basketball - Hereford knocked off by West Plains

The West Plains Wolves basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Hereford Whitefaces to 51 in the Wolves league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Borger for a 4A Region I District 4 contest on Friday, January 12. West Plains will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-41 league loss to Dumas (Dumas, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-16.
The Whitefaces (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region I District 4 contest with a 18-3 record. In their last contest, Randall ran past Canyon (Canyon, TX), 58-40, in a league contest.
