Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Houston Hurricanes (Houston, MN) and the host Lanesboro Burros (Lanesboro, MN), saw Houston's basketball squad hold off Lanesboro by a tally of 55-51.
With the victory, Houston improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN) to confront the Knights in a A Section 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-0.
