Legacy Christian Academy Knights (Xenia, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Middletown Christian Eagles (Franklin, OH), 59-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Legacy Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH) to play the Jets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Jets come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Franklin Monroe won 55-38 in their recent league bout against Bradford (Bradford, OH)

Next up, the Eagles play the Stivers School for the Arts Tigers (Dayton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Middletown Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 44-38 league loss to Thurgood Marshall (Dayton, OH).
