The Scotts Hill Lions (Reagan, TN) basketball nipped the host Lexington Tigers (Lexington, TN), 51-49 in Friday's non-league test.
The Lions (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Liberty Tech Magnet (Jackson, TN). The Crusaders go into the 2A District 13 test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Liberty Tech Magnet was tipped by Memphis Central (Memphis, TN), 53-40, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they host McNairy Central for a 3A District 12 test on Tuesday, January 9.
