Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Miamisburg Vikings (Miamisburg, OH), 80-73 in a league bout.

With the win, Springboro upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, OH) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-6.

Next up, the Vikings play the Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Miamisburg will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 60-52 league loss to Franklin (Franklin, OH).
