In Friday's league outing, the Minford Falcons (Minford, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH), by a count of 68-50.

The Falcons (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against South Webster (South Webster, OH). The Jeeps go into the Southern Ohio II outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, South Webster was topped by Wheelersburg (Wheelersburg, OH), 71-61, in a league outing.

The Indians now hold a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Portsmouth West for a Southern Ohio II outing on Tuesday, January 9. Valley will clash with a Senators squad coming off a 40-37 league loss to Waverly (Waverly, OH). The Senators record now stands at 4-5.
