With the victory, Monadnock upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Huskies host Stevens (Claremont, NH) to play the Cardinals in a Division III challenge on Monday, January 8. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Stevens won 53-49 in their recent league challenge against Newport (Newport, NH)

Next up, the Tigers play the Sunapee Lakers (Sunapee, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 8. Newport will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Lakers go into the test with a 4-5 record after their 75-57 non-league loss to Mascenic Regional (New Ipswich, NH).
