The Norwin Knights basketball team (North Huntingdon, PA), dropped 61-45 in Friday's league battle with the host Upper St. Clair Panthers (Upper St. Clair, PA)

The Panthers now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Lebanon for a WPIAL 6A 2 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Upper St. Clair will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 67-50 league win over Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-1.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA). The Highlanders come into the WPIAL 6A 2 battle with a 6-3 record.
