Michigan High School Basketball - Nouvel Catholic Central trounces Valley Lutheran

The Nouvel Catholic Central Panthers (Saginaw, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI), 77-55 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Reese (Reese, MI). The Rockets go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Reese walloped Laker (Pigeon, MI), 60-49, in a league test.

The Chargers now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Calvary Baptist Academy for a non-league test on Monday, January 8. Valley Lutheran will encounter a Kings squad coming off a 66-33 non-league win over Caseville (Caseville, MI). The Kings record now stands at 2-6.
