Utah High School Basketball - Pinnacle nipped by Whitehorse

The Whitehorse Raiders tipped the host Pinnacle Panthers basketball team by a final score of 81-77 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Green River Pirates (Green River, UT) in a 1A Region 19 game, on Saturday, January 6. Whitehorse will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 55-52 league win over Monticello (Monticello, UT).

With the defeat, Pinnacle moves to 6-5 on the year. The Panthers host Altamont (Altamont, UT) to face the Longhorns in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 9. The Longhorns enter the game with a record of 3-5. Altamont lost 72-21 in their recent non-league game against Duchesne (Duchesne, UT)
