The St. Louis Catholic Saints basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Westlake Rams to 27 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.

The Saints now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host LaGrange for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. St. Louis Catholic will meet a Gators team coming off a 66-54 non-league loss to Sam Houston (Lake Charles, LA). The Gators record now stands at 1-17.

The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Hornbeck was nudged by Hicks (Leesville, LA), 45-40, in a non-league contest.
