West Lutheran Warriors (Plymouth, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host United Christian Academy Eagles (Bloomington, MN), 87-78 in a league bout.

With the win, West Lutheran upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to PACT Charter (Ramsey, MN) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-7. PACT Charter lost 74-54 in their recent non-league bout against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. United Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 70-32 non-league loss to Eagle Ridge Academy (Minnetonka, MN).
