In Friday's league match, the host Wesleyan Wolves basketball team scored a good 60-44 triumph over the West Hall Spartans.
In their next game, the Wolves meet the Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 6. Wesleyan will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The War Eagles enter the match with a 8-5 record after their 61-48 league win over Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA).
With the defeat, West Hall moves to 4-10 on the year. The Spartans travel to Gilmer (Ellijay, GA) to meet the Bobcats in a AAA Region 7 match on Friday, January 12. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 9-4.
