California High School Basketball - East Union can't hold off Central Catholic

The Central Catholic Raiders basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting East Union Lancers to 37 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakdale for a contest on Wednesday, January 10. Central Catholic will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 51-41 league win over Manteca (Manteca, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-4.

The Lancers (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against River Islands (Lathrop, CA). The Riptide enter the contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, River Islands was nudged by Sierra (Manteca, CA), 50-31, in a league contest.
