California High School Basketball - Culver City knocked off by Mira Costa

The Mira Costa Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Culver City Centaurs to 28 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peninsula for a contest on Monday, January 8. Mira Costa will battle a Panthers team coming off a 74-42 non-league loss to Serra (Gardena, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.
The Centaurs (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Sea Hawks enter the contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Redondo Union was defeated by Knight (Palmdale, CA), 49-42, in a non-league contest.
