With the win, George C. Marshall upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Statesmen travel to McLean (McLean, VA) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 1-3. McLean won 70-55 in their recent non-league bout against Herndon (Herndon, VA)

Next up, the Hornets play the Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Herndon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 56-48 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
