With the win, Whitharral upgrades its record to 20-3 on the season. The Panthers host Whiteface (Whiteface, TX) to clash with the Antelopes in a 1A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Antelopes go into the bout with a record of 20-4. Whiteface won 67-15 in their recent league bout against Anton (Anton, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Amherst Bulldogs (Amherst, TX) in a 1A Region I District 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Anton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 18-17 league win over Cotton Center (Cotton Center, TX).
