The Eagles now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Appalachian will battle a Panthers team coming off a 75-20 league loss to Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-10.

The Mustangs (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Altamont (Birmingham, AL). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Altamont edged Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 27-18, in a league contest.
