With the victory, Mt. Eden improves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 8-3. Bishop O'Dowd won 45-42 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary's (Stockton, CA)

Next up, the Dons confront the College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Arroyo will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 51-47 non-league win over Washington (Fremont, CA).
