The Brookings Bobcats basketball team (Brookings, SD), was nudged 49-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD)
The Lynx now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spearfish for a AA battle on Friday, January 12. Brandon Valley will battle a Spartans team coming off a 43-32 non-league win over Hill City (Hill City, SD). The Spartans record now stands at 4-2.
The Bobcats (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Kernels come into the AA battle with a 7-0 record.
