The Cascade Christian Challengers basketball team scored 26 points and held the host North Valley Knights to 18 in the Challengers league triumph on Friday.

The Challengers now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a 3A Far West contest on Tuesday, January 9. Cascade Christian will battle a Honkers team coming off a 49-35 league win over Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR). The Honkers record now stands at 5-6.

The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rogue River (Rogue River, OR). The Chieftains enter the Freelance contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Rogue River ran past St. Mary's (Medford, OR), 46-25, in a non-league contest.
