The Flame come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Shoals Christian lost 55-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL)

Next up, the Indians confront the Covenant Christian Eagles (Tuscumbia, AL) in a 1A Area 16 challenge, on Monday, January 8. Cherokee will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-12 record after their 36-19 league loss to Shoals Christian (Florence, AL).
