Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA), 71-67 in a league bout.

With the win, Dacula upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to clash with the Bears in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Mountain View lost 79-23 in their recent league bout against Buford (Buford, GA)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Collins Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Black Knights go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 43-34 league loss to Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA).
