The Davenport North Wildcats basketball team scored 81 points and held the host Davenport Central Blue Devils to 21 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Moline United for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Davenport North will battle a Panthers team coming off a 54-35 league win over Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 16-3.
The Blue Devils (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Erie-Prophetstown triumphed over Hall (Spring Valley, IL), 48-43, in a non-league contest.
