Eastern Christian HomeSchool Trailblazers (Washington, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC), 44-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastern Christian HomeSchool upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season. The Trailblazers travel to Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Trinity Christian won 61-42 in their recent non-league bout against Hilltop Christian (Fuquay-Varina, NC)

Next up, the play the Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. New Bern Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 61-42 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC).
