North Carolina High School Basketball - Eastern Guilford ripped by Rockingham County

The Rockingham County Cougars basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats to 32 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reidsville for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8.
The Wildcats (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Camels enter the 3A Mid-State contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Atkins was routed by Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 43-39, in a league contest.
