The Willamette Valley Christian Warriors basketball team (Brooks, OR), dropped 29-19 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers (Falls City, OR)

The Mountaineers now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul for a 1A Casco battle on Monday, January 8. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter will battle a Buckaroos team coming off a 35-8 league win over Perrydale (Amity, OR). The Buckaroos record now stands at 9-2.

The Warriors (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR). The Watchmen come into the 1A Casco battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Lewis Academy beat McKenzie (Finn Rock, OR), 50-10, in a non-league battle.
