Frederick Warriors Warriors (Frederick, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles (Frederick, MD), 45-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Frederick Warriors upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Arlington Baptist (Baltimore, MD) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Arlington Baptist lost 38-15 in their recent league bout against Redeemer Classical Christ (Kingsville, MD)

Next up, the Orioles play the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs (Riverside, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Maryland School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 45-12 league win over La Sierra Academy (Riverside, CA).
