With the win, George C. Marshall upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Statesmen host McLean (McLean, VA) to play the Highlanders in a District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 5-5. McLean won 42-32 in their recent league bout against Herndon (Herndon, VA)

Next up, the Hornets play the Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) in a District 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Herndon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 47-32 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
