West Virginia High School Basketball - Greenbrier West trounces Pocahontas County

January 5, 2024: Charmco, WV 29598

The Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) basketball crushed the visiting Pocahontas County Warriors (Dunmore, WV), 77-49 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cavaliers (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Richwood (Richwood, WV). The Lumberjacks go into the Coalfield A test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Richwood walloped Paden City (Paden City, WV), 47-31, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pendleton County for a Potomac Valley test on Tuesday, January 9.
