The Littleton Crusaders (Littleton, NH) basketball nipped the host Groveton Eagles (Groveton, NH), 39-34 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Lin-Wood (Lincoln, NH). The Lumberjacks go into the Division IV test with a 2-6 record.
The Eagles now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host White Mountains for a non-league test on Monday, January 8. Groveton will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 43-34 league win over Gilford (Gilford, NH). The Spartans record now stands at 4-4.
