The Richlands Blue Tornado basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Hurley Rebels to 29 in the Blue Tornado non-league victory on Friday.
The Blue Tornado now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Twin Valley for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Richlands will battle a Panthers team coming off a 45-26 non-league win over Holston (Damascus, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-3.
The Rebels (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Council (Council, VA). The Cobras come into the Black Diamond contest with a 4-2 record.
