The Highlanders now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tampa Prep for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Lake Wales will battle a Terrapins team coming off a 58-44 non-league win over Steinbrenner (Lutz, FL). The Terrapins record now stands at 7-5.
The Thunder (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against McKeel Academy (Lakeland, FL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, McKeel Academy edged Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL), 44-37, in a non-league battle.
