Alabama High School Basketball - Red Bay can't hold off Lamar County

The Lamar County Bulldogs basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Red Bay Tigers to 36 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winfield for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Lamar County will battle a Pirates team coming off a 61-18 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, AL). The Pirates record now stands at 4-9.
The Tigers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Marion County (Guin, AL). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 8-8 record.
