In Friday's non-league outing, the Lame Deer Morning Stars (Lame Deer, MT) basketball squad edged the visiting Terry Terriers (Terry, MT), by a count of 59-58.
The Morning Stars (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Huntley Project (Worden, MT). The Red Devils go into the B District 3 outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Huntley Project held off Lodge Grass (Lodge Grass, MT), 82-64, in a league outing.
The Terriers now hold a 3-3 record.
