In Friday's league outing, the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD), by a count of 72-22.
The Lancers (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hawks go into the Central Maryland outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Urbana was crushed by Frederick (Frederick, MD), 48-38, in a league outing.
The Hubs now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Williamsport for a Central Maryland outing on Tuesday, January 9. North Hagerstown will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 36-23 league win over Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
