The West Salem Panthers basketball squad scored 64 points and restricted the host Luther Knights to 31 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

With the victory, West Salem upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Viroqua (Viroqua, WI) to play the Blackhawks in a Coulee challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Viroqua lost 45-31 in their recent league challenge against Arcadia (Arcadia, WI)

Next up, the Knights play the Westby Norsemen (Westby, WI) in a Coulee challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Luther will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
