Michigan High School Basketball - Parkway Christian topped by Roeper

The Parkway Christian Eagles basketball team (Sterling Heights, MI), dropped 37-26 in Friday's league battle with the host Roeper Roughriders (Birmingham, MI)

The Roughriders now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cabrini for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Roeper will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 70-25 league loss to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-4.

The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy (Brighton, MI). The Sentinels come into the Michigan Independent - Red battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy prevailed over Lutheran (Westland, MI), 34-23, in a league battle.
