With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR) to play the Panthers in a 2A Region 5 bout on Monday, January 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-14.

Next up, the Indians play the Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) in a 2A Region 5 bout, on Monday, January 8. Poyen will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 58-55 league loss to England (England, AR).
