The Sun Prairie West Wolves basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Sun Prairie East Cardinals to 49 in the Wolves league victory on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Janesville Parker for a Big Eight contest on Tuesday, January 9. Sun Prairie West will battle a Vikings team coming off a 64-35 league loss to Middleton (Middleton, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 3-9.

The Cardinals (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI). The Cougars come into the Big Eight contest with a 6-8 record.
