Woburn Memorial Tanners (Woburn, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Winchester Red & Black (Winchester, MA), 74-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Woburn Memorial upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tanners travel to Winchester (Winchester, MA) to play the Red & Black in a Middlesex bout on Friday, February 2. The Red & Black come into the bout with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Red & Black play the Wakefield Memorial Warriors (Wakefield, MA) in a Middlesex bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Winchester will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
