The Lake Norman Wildcats basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders to 16 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Cabarrus for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Lake Norman will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 41-16 non-league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-5.

The Wonders (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Cox Mill triumphed over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 41-16, in a non-league contest.
