The Cavaliers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fleming for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Lord Botetourt will confront a Colonels team coming off a 45-27 non-league win over Northside (Roanoke, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 4-0.

The Terriers (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Franklin County was overwhelmed by Staunton River (Moneta, VA), 37-22, in a non-league battle.
