Vandalia Christian Vikings (Greensboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Alamance Christian Warriors (Graham, NC), 43-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Vandalia Christian upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Vikings host Woodland Baptist Christian (Winston-Salem, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Woodland Baptist Christian lost 41-39 in their recent non-league bout against Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans (Kernersville, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Alamance Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 43-40 league win over Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC).
