The Bruins now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenvar for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Blacksburg will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 57-37 non-league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Highlanders record now stands at 4-7.

The Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Terriers come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record.
