Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Irwin County Indians (Ocilla, GA), 73-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Clinch County upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Coffee (Douglas, GA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Coffee lost 57-23 in their recent non-league bout against Camden County (Kingsland, GA)

Next up, the Indians play the Coffee Trojans (Douglas, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Irwin County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
