Santa Fe Christian Eagles (Solana Beach, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA), 57-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Santa Fe Christian upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles host La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA) to play the Torreys in a bout on Saturday, January 6. The Torreys go into the bout with a record of 4-7. La Jolla Country Day lost 65-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the White Tigers play the Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA) in a bout, on Saturday, January 6. Escondido Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 74-33 non-league win over High Tech SD (San Diego, CA).
