Los Banos Tigers (Los Banos, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Grace Davis Spartans (Modesto, CA), 52-49 in a league bout.

With the victory, Los Banos upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 8-3. Mountain House won 66-54 in their recent league bout against Beyer (Modesto, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 8. Grace Davis will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 69-43 league win over Pacheco (Los Banos, CA).
