North Carolina High School Basketball - Porter Ridge ripped by Marvin Ridge

The Marvin Ridge Mavericks basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Porter Ridge Pirates to 39 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cuthbertson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Marvin Ridge will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 57-54 non-league loss to Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-2.
The Pirates (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record.
