Washington High School Basketball - North Kitsap can't hold off Port Angeles

The Port Angeles Roughriders basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host North Kitsap Vikings to 44 in the Roughriders non-league victory on Friday.
The Roughriders now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Port Angeles will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 48-42 non-league loss to Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-6.
The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Olympic (Bremerton, WA). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Olympic edged North Mason (Belfair, WA), 71-46, in a non-league contest.
